Response times
When we reply
We usually reply within a few hours. For transfers in the next 24 hours, mention it at the start of your message so we can prioritise it.
Messages are answered in English. If you are already in Barcelona and need help with a booking, WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us.

When you contact Calma Trips, mention anything that helps us plan the right vehicle and timing:
- Children: their ages, so the right child seats are fitted.
- Mobility: a folding wheelchair or walker, or a need to keep walking short.
- Luggage: large suitcases, golf bags, buggies or ski equipment.
- Occasions: a birthday, honeymoon or anniversary we should know about.
Booking for someone else?
You can book a transfer or tour for family, friends or clients. Send us their names, arrival details and a WhatsApp number for the traveller, and we keep both of you updated.
Before you contact Calma Trips
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You confirm on WhatsApp and pay on the day of your service.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge. Please tell us at least 24 hours before a transfer and 48 hours before a tour. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. Cars take up to 3 guests and vans up to 7. For larger groups we arrange several vehicles or a minibus.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Message us with the new details and we confirm availability and the price.
Can I contact Calma Trips by phone or email?
WhatsApp is the best way to contact Calma Trips. You can send text, voice notes and photos, for example of your flight booking, and you keep a written record of your quote and confirmation in one place.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially from May to October and on busy cruise days. Last-minute requests are welcome too: contact Calma Trips on WhatsApp and we will check availability straight away.
Do you work with hotels and travel agents?
Yes. Hotels, concierges and travel agents can book transfers and tours for their guests. Message us on WhatsApp and we will explain how it works.
