Good to know
Is the driver private to my group?
Yes. When you book a private driver in Barcelona with us, the vehicle and driver are reserved only for your party. We never mix groups.
What do the prices include?
Prices are per vehicle for transfers and per group for tours, not per person. They include the vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls. Monument tickets and meals are not included unless your confirmation says so.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You confirm your booking on WhatsApp and pay on the day of your service.
Do you drive outside Barcelona?
Yes. Montserrat is our most popular day trip, and we also do transfers to Sitges, Castelldefels and other nearby towns on request.
What if my flight or ship is late?
Share your flight number or ship name when you book. We plan the pickup around your actual arrival, and the included waiting time is stated in your confirmation.
