Booking and prices
How do I book?
Send us your details on WhatsApp or through the contact page. We confirm a fixed price and the vehicle in writing on WhatsApp, and your booking is confirmed once you accept. No payment is needed in advance: you pay on the day of your service.
Are prices per person?
No. Prices are per vehicle for transfers and per group for tours.
What is included in the price?
The vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls. Monument tickets, guides and meals are not included unless your quote says so.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No payment is taken in advance, so cancelling is free. Please tell us at least 24 hours before a transfer and 48 hours before a tour. See our Cancellation Policy.
Transfers
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1 or T2), with a name sign.
What if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when you book. We plan the pickup around your real arrival time, and the included waiting time is stated in your quote.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us the children’s ages when you book.
Tours and shore excursions
Are your tours private?
Yes, always. We never mix groups.
Is a guide included?
Tours include a private vehicle and driver. A licensed local guide can be added on request.
Will cruise passengers be back at the ship on time?
We plan every shore excursion with a safe margin before your all-aboard time.
